Duration: 2015 - 2015
Status: Concluded

On 29 January 2015, InternetLab signed with São Paulo’s Court of Justice (TJSP) a Technical Cooperation Agreement. The agreement provides the adoption of measures of common interest of the two entities.

An InternetLab research team produced a diagnosis of TJSP transparency policies, analyzing to what extent the provisions of the Brazilian Access to Information Act (Lei de Acesso à Informação) are being observed and what are the best practices to make public data available. Our main focus was to know what data TJSP has made available online on its own in, and how the Court has been dealing with requests for information sent by citizens.
